1) Pneumatic orbit valve maintenance and testing

Maintenance is divided into two parts: daily maintenance and annual system test. Daily maintenance ensures that the equipment is in good condition and prolongs its service life;

The system test is used as the calibration and inspection of the equipment operation interval every year to ensure that the equipment is put into use safely.

2) Daily lubrication and maintenance of orbit valve:

Grease and lubricate the ORBIT valve at least once a year;

Valves operated at least once a day and lubricated at least four times a year;

For valves used in corrosion and other special conditions, valves that operate more than 10 times a day should be lubricated at least once every 500 openings and closings.

ORBIT ball valves require the use of high quality lithium-based grease.

3) Valve leakage inspection and disposal:

Leak detection, find the leak point;

After discovering the leak point, record the leak location and leak amount and deal with it. Fill the valve stem with the special packing GP-6 of the orbit factory or replace the packing. If the valve cover leaks, replace the gland seal;

4) Check the valve handwheel operation.

5) Valve disassembly and maintenance include:

Disassemble the valve to clean the valve cavity, packing, guide groove and packing injection port;

Check the wear of guide pins and valve ball fixing pins;

Disassemble for inspection, maintenance, lubrication or replacement of valve stem;

Valve ball inspection, cleaning, sealing surface repair;

Valve seat inspection or seat replacement

6) Clean the actuator control air circuit and accessories and check the integrity of the instrument.
