Other brands of imported valve maintenance categories
1. Valve documentation: including the workshop, tag number, brand, size, scale, model, and serial number to which the valve belongs; (for each valve maintenance record)
2. Formulating valve maintenance and repair plans: formulate scientific and reasonable maintenance plans and troubleshooting plans for customers according to the usage and fault phenomena;
3. The valve is returned to the factory for maintenance: accept the user's faulty valve and transport it to our company for maintenance
1) On-site inspection/record: preliminary inspection and record of on-site entry (including tag number, brand, size, pound level, model, serial number, integrity, and photos)
2) Inspection before maintenance: pick up the valve from the area to be inspected, switch on and off in sequence; seal test (internal leakage, external leakage); issue a test report to indicate the initial fault.
3) Overhaul: disassemble the valve, check the cause of the failure, and determine the repairable/replaceable spare parts/no maintenance value.
Repairable: issue an overhaul plan, hand it over to the machining department for repairs (repair, grinding, reprocessing), reassemble after the processing and repair parts are retrieved, and issue a report.
Replacement of spare parts: The more important parts are damaged, the damage is more serious, and cannot be repaired. Coordinate the procurement of spare parts for replacement, and issue a report.
No maintenance value: For valves with damaged multiple important components, contact the owner to decide whether to repair or not, and issue a report.
4) Test after maintenance: switch test in sequence; seal test (internal leakage, external leakage); issue a test report.
5) Appearance treatment: clean the surface, touch up paint, and pack.
6) Return: Return the valve to the owner after maintenance, submit the maintenance report, and sign for acceptance.
